Mat Pilates

This is not a typical group class. Each session is designed with a strong focus on technique, body awareness and individual correction. We are combining Pilates principles with a professional kinesiology approach.

Our goals are to improve posture, build core strength, prevent injuries and the main goal is to move better in everyday life.

No matter what your level is, adjustments are made for each individual. Limited spots to ensure quality.

Mat Pilates

Beginner

Perfect if you are new to Pilates or returning after a break.
