These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Alive Pilates services, website, and booking system. By using our services, you agree to comply with these terms.

Services Offered

Alive Pilates provides:

Class Types

• Group Pilates Reformer classes
• Private training sessions
• Mat Pilates classes
• Specialized workshops

Booking Methods

• Online booking through our website
• Mobile app booking (when implemented)
• In-person booking at the studio
• Phone reservations

Booking and Cancellation Policy

Advance Booking

• Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance
• Same-day booking subject to availability
• Waitlist option for fully booked classes

Cancellation Policy

• 8+ hours notice: Full refund or reschedule
• 4-8 hours notice: 50% refund or reschedule fee
• Less than 4 hours: No refund, session forfeited
• No-show: Session forfeited, no refund

Class Pack Expiration

• 5-class pack: Valid for 30 days
• 10-class pack: Valid for 60 days
• 20-class pack: Valid for 90 days
• Unlimited monthly: Valid for calendar month

Payment Terms

Pricing

• All prices are displayed in EUR
• VAT (IVA) included where applicable
• Prices subject to change with notice

Payment Methods

• Credit/Debit cards (online)
• Cash (in-studio)
• Bank transfer
• Digital wallets (when implemented)

Refund Policy

• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days
• Original payment method used for refunds
• Processing fees may apply

Health and Safety

Health Declaration

By booking classes, you confirm that:

• You are physically able to participate in Pilates
• You have no medical conditions contraindicating exercise
• You will inform us of any relevant health issues
• You consult a doctor if unsure about fitness for exercise

Injury Waiver

• Participation involves inherent risks
• Alive Pilates not liable for injuries or accidents
• Participants assume full responsibility
• Recommended to have personal insurance

Studio Safety Rules

• Arrive 10 minutes early for first class
• Wear appropriate exercise attire
• Bring water and towel
• Follow instructor instructions
• Respect equipment and facilities

Code of Conduct

Expected Behavior

• Treat staff and clients with respect
• Maintain appropriate studio etiquette
• Follow hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Respect class schedules and timing

Prohibited Actions

• Disruptive or aggressive behavior
• Under the influence of drugs/alcohol
• Unauthorized use of equipment
• Recording classes without permission

Termination of Service

Alive Pilates reserves the right to:

• Refuse service to anyone
• Terminate memberships for violations
• Ban individuals from the studio
• Pursue legal action for damages

Liability and Insurance

Studio Liability

• Alive Pilates maintains comprehensive liability insurance
• Not responsible for lost or stolen items
• Not responsible for personal injuries
• Equipment maintained to industry standards

Client Responsibility

• Personal items brought at own risk
• Health and fitness responsibility
• Following safety guidelines
• Reporting equipment issues immediately

Intellectual Property

Website Content

• All website content is proprietary
• Unauthorized use prohibited
• Brand and trademarks protected
• Copyright applies to all materials

Class Materials

• Choreography and routines proprietary
• Instructional methods protected
• No unauthorized recording or distribution
• Commercial use requires permission

Privacy and Data
