We offer two types of Pilates classes, each available in 3 levels so you can progress at your own pace.
Mat Pilates
Floor-based Pilates focused on strength, control, and flexibility using your own body weight.
Level 1 — Beginner

Reformer Pilates
Pilates using the reformer machine for resistance-based training.
